可檢視的文件是根據(jù)《商標規(guī)則》(第559A章)第68和69條、《專利條例》(第514章)第147條、《注冊外觀設(shè)計條例》(第522章)第70條及《注冊外觀設(shè)計規(guī)則》(第522A章)第55條的規(guī)定而提供的，純粹用于私隱政策聲明所載述的用途。
《個人數(shù)據(jù)(私隱)條例》(第486章)的條文適用于商標注冊處、專利注冊處及外觀設(shè)計注冊處所備存?zhèn)€人數(shù)據(jù)的使用(包括承轉(zhuǎn)及披露)。任何人如使用該等個人數(shù)據(jù)作私隱政策聲明所載用途以外的用途，則可能違反該條例的規(guī)定，因而被起訴并須負上支付賠償?shù)姆韶?zé)任。
Notice to Users
The documents that can be viewed are made available pursuant to Rules 68 and 69 of the Trade Marks Rules, Cap. 559A, section 147 of the Patents Ordinance, Cap. 514, section 70 of the Registered Designs Ordinance, Cap. 522, and section 55 of the Registered Designs Rules, Cap. 522A solely for the purposes set out in the Privacy Policy Statement.
The provisions of the Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance, Cap. 486 (PDPO) apply to the use of personal data (including the transfer and disclosure of such data) held in the records maintained by the Trade Marks Registry, the Patents Registry and the Designs Registry. Any person who uses such personal data for any purpose other than those set out in the Privacy Policy Statement may be in contravention of the requirements of the PDPO, and may render himself/herself subject to legal action and liability to pay compensation.
